Rock Tombs:

There are rock tombs in the Village İnciğez at the eastern side of Daday. They were engraved in rocks that were geologically formed in the tertiary (era) and feature the characteristics of rock houses rather than rock tombs. When one looks at these tombs from outside that belong to the Byzantium era, they appear to be three-floored. There are three rooms downstairs, three rooms on the medium floor and three rooms, however, on upstairs. There is a connection between the rooms at every floor and it is possible to reach the rooms at other floors. They were thought to be built in the 7th century B.C.

Honsalar Hill Tumulus:

It was built in the village Alipaşa during the Lydian era in B.C. There are a total of 7 tumuli at the town where 5 of them are not opened yet. These tumuli are small king’s tombs.
